Missouri Police Officer Doug Howell should be sent to prison for killing innocent dog

Any law enforcement agency who stands behind a coward such as the Missouri Police department are of one of their own a one so called Douglas Howell should all be fired and replaced,the whole department,for they are not liable to keep anyone safe if they are such scared ass bitches!

Our pets are like our children,we raise them to have manners,not to whine or bark in public,we teach them not to beg..to sit nicely,not to bark at people to behave when in public exactly how we raise our human children.This guy once said to me 'why don't you just already kill your cat' I turned to him and said 'Why don't you just already go home and kill your daughter' he was like,' Wha..what?' I replied,'You just told me to kill my daughter,so go and kill your daughter!

This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. This is the type of cop who will shoot a human being who is giving him too much trouble. He didn't fear for his life. I'm a former Sheriffs deputy and it disgusts me to no end that you entrust imbeciles such as Officer Doug Howel with a firearm, and his buddy in the video regarding the dog shoot seems like his IQ isn't too far north of room temperature either. If this is the state of law enforcement in this country these days, and your chief defends these two twits, then we are in deep trouble. I wouldn't trust you guys with squirt guns, let alone deadly weapons. Your decision making abilities display an amazing lack of intellect.
