lobbied for this twice in Jefferson Citu, passed both houses and vetoed by Governor Noxon. HUGE MISTAKE.

As a candidate for Alderman in Branson and the founder of the Song of Hope Assembly I can say that our show community is in full support, we have the talent to not only shoot the films here but also for our locals to have starring & supporting roles!

Too many films and television programs have been made about Missouri but, have been filmed in other states because of tax incentives given to production companies. We, as a state, should do likewise to bring jobs to Missouri. It would boost tourism dollars and small businesses. Please consider putting Missouri on the map that welcome production companies to film here.

The State of Missouri, actors and other people will benefit these funds being used to draw film companies to the state. The Three Billboards near Fenton (?), Mo., could have been filmed here as opposed to North Carolina.

I have been saying this for years. There are so many talented people in this state who prefer to live in a country setting with their family, instead of New York or California. The ability for those people to commute within their state to work their dream and enjoy their personal life would be amazing for them, plus an advantage for the state to make good money off the investment. If the vision and plan is followed properly you could turn this state into a robust tourism destination just like Branson in the 90's. That town exploded into a nationwide destination in a few short years with proper planning.... I watched it happen before my eyes. This state could do the same thing if done properly. Thank you for starting a movement that has been needed for so long now!!! Let's hope the correct people listen and fight for a better future for our people and our state.

I love being in acting business and wish we had more opportunities to do bigger films such as, Fast & Furious, X Men trilogy, thrillers like, Resident Evil, Jig Saw, sitcoms, and animation movies. These are my dream job opportunities. Please keep this business in Missouri. Thank you.
