She is a very sweet lady and doesn’t harm anyone. She deserves the job more than anyone because she loves kids. I made her a photography project and she cried. She loves her job.

She has always been a teacher who checked up on me when I was down, helped me smile when I never felt it was possible, remember this is America. The older generations are not as easy to accommodate to these new views. You have to understand the generation gap.

Miss Evans gave me unconditional love and support during my days at Liberty. I struggled in high school coming from a different school and I'm not sure I would of made it through without her. She was always wanting to help me in any way she could. Not that it matters, but I'm not white and was not born here in America.

Mrs. Evans is the most accepting, loving & caring teacher I have ever had. She showed up to my house to hand deliver me & my sibilinhs our graduation presents and showed up to our graduation parties. She puts everyone before herself and just because she has different opinions than some people do, she would never not help someone feel loved & cared for.

I don't think what she posted was very kind or valid, but her job should not be jeopardized over it. She should have a chance to apologize, learn, and make things right. She had a legal right to make the posting as well. That aside, she is a great person who goes above and beyond to all of her students regardless of who they are, myself included. She has already been through enough throughout her life and she does not need to suffer through something like this.

Even if you disagree with what she posted, she should have the same freedom to post it as the many other teachers at Liberty who voice their opinions in the classroom and on their social media. More importantly, she is a caring and loving person who has helped many students with their problems. One mistake, if it can be called a mistake, shouldn't outweigh everything she's done for Liberty.
