Mismanagement and incompetence for Simba Arati to continue being Governor for 5 years.

Simba Arati has broke wars with everyone. Last month he started the disbandment of the CPSB. He has been firing, intimidating and transferring officers irregularly.
There is no development project that he has initiated. He has caused clan divisions in Kisii County. In the appointment of his cabinet,60% consititue his relatives and close friends.
He has irregularly been involved in award of tenders worth millions without following procurement laws.
He recently affirmed that he diverted Ksh. 109.9 million unlawfully to his personal use.
It's indeed time we rise and anchor ourselves in Article 1 of the Constitution of Kenya and bring the change we need.
