I am the principal author of the Wikipedia article on Sultan Khan. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mir_Sultan_Khan He was a great player and richly deserves the Grandmaster title. It is very unfortunate that FIDE did not award him the title before his death in 1966. It is high time for FIDE to rectify its omission and grant Sultan Khan the title he richly deserves.

Sultan Khan deserves the title of Chess Grandmaster by virtue of his results and for being one of the great chess players in the mold of Capablanca, Euwe, Fhlor and other legends of the 64- square board.
