I have spent time reading through your thoughts on why Dan Laxer remains such an essential voice for our community. It is clear that many people miss the thoughtful and respectful dialogue he brought to the airwaves each day. I am currently reaching out to station management to ensure they understand the depth of support for his return.

Dan is seriously missed on the Trivia show on Sunday morning. Some of your best people have been let go. So sad.
Dan Laxer is so good - do realize that he is one of the best in the business - a very pleasant voice, he gives smart and intelligent comments which comes from his good education, Enjoyed listening to him - i have stopped listening to the Trivia show since he was taken off the show. Please reinstate him ASAP. You can always create a budget for him. If anyone should be taken off the air, Dan Laxer should be the least person to go.. and Dan has a wicked sense of humour too. and when Andrew Carter or Ken Conners are unable to go on air, it was always a delight when Dan Laxer took over.
Stop cutting t Your best people. I have tried listening with the replacement and i bored. Just imagine once Ken retires
Bell Media lets us down once again - the gutted newsroom was the first blow. With Ken Conners retiring soon, I took comfort in the fact that Dan would take over, but I suppose the next cut will be the trivia show altogether in favour of some ridiculous syndicated conspiracy theory show. Sad times indeed for CJAD and its listeners.
Please reinstate Dan Laxer at CJAD, stop with the cuts, if you need to trim the budget look at the executives!

The moment the news of Dan's exit reached me, I clicked CJAD off. I have not listened since.
