this is exactly what corsotrphine needs, Mimis is a successful business and I myself come from corstorphine and drive to leith to enjoy the shop , to have this on the door step can only be good for corstorhpine and bring people back to the shopping area

The addition of Mimis bakehouse will attract people to Corstorpine which can only be good for other businesses. The unit is lying empty (has been for a while) and looks awful. Mimis will enhance the area, it seems like a no brainer to me - please approve!

It is ridiculous that such a muched loved establishment is being refused , it would attract a lot of people to corstorphine as it has done in both leith and the highstreet

Corstorphine area lacks cafés for people to hang-out. And Mimi's serves good food.

Aside from this being a brilliant place to eat and enjoy refreshments we need to address the growing younger population in Corstorphine who are struggling with the lack of good ameneties in the area.

mimi's is exactly the type of retail business desperately needed in Corstorphine. We need more local, independent businesses on the High Street to draw people back to spending time on it.

please don't let another unit lay vacant in Corstorphine. We are in desperate need of a good places that will help bring more to the area than empty units like the old ivory and willow units !

I fully support Mimi's in their application. It would invigorate this part of Corstorphine and increase footfall for the benefit of other businesses.

This would be a massive boost for Corstorphine and would attract people to the area, helping other businesses too

I live in Corstorphine and would welcome the opening of Mimi's.
Surely it is better to have occupied units, even if non-retail, than empty units? St John's Road already has numerous empty units.

I think it is luidicrious that this is not being allowed ax o believe that the original home baker on the village no longer exists. Surely it would be good for the village to have a home baker rather than always buying on a supermarket. I thought ninths day and age we were supposed to be supporting small businesses and buy local this flies in the face of not allowing the planning permission

This is a great idea and would give me a reason to venture to this area far more often than I would bother to now.
