Corstorphine needs more diverse, local (to Edinburgh) businesses. St John's road is full of generic UK chain outlets and lacks the characterful shops of Bruntsfield, Morningside, Stockbridge etc that brings people into those areas from outside. It also lacks a really good cafe on that stretch of road.

Mimis Bakehouse would be a fabulous addition to Corstorphine High street.
A proven product, a gem of a business that brings a unique experience for all ages.
Their premises down the Shore has been a huge success. Corstorphine is a great community accessible with a great bus route.
Don't let the West of the city down!
