I was working at Mimi's when it was still only Leith Bakehouse. Now I'm back in France but so happy that this great family business is expanding! I'm definitely supporting their opening in Corstophine, hoping that one day they'll come to open a bakehouse in Paris ;)

Wonderful independent cafe, which Is needed in this area, the bigger names would have made the spot quicker, support independent shops and shop local xxx

Having Mimi's in Corstorphine would be of great benefit to the area. I live in Roseburn & i would definitely make more of an effort to head towards Corstorphine rather than town, as a lovely Cafe like Mimi's would certainly improve the area as a destination.

Lovely bakery which can provide more jobs in a new area and will bring additional footfall as this is a popular business.

The high street area in Corstorphine badly needs some new life, with so many shops closing over the last few years. Mimi's would be perfect at encouraging people to visit and spend money in the local area. I cannot think of any reason why an established and good quality business enterprise would not be encouraged by the Council.

Please let the Corstorphine Bakery open! It was going to be my Saturday job, Michelle(mimi) is my Aunty. Mimis has done so well, the more bakery's they can open the better! Go Mimis Corstorphine!!!!

mimi's is an amazing bakery & cafe, they should be allowed to open a new premise in corstorphine. I can only see that it will be a positive step for the area in terms of bringing more people in and providing jobs

Living near Corstorphine it would be lovely to have some quality and an addition that is not a hairdressers or charity shop.

I can't understand why Mimi's can't get planning permission as Corstorphine is slowly dieing. It badly needs new businesses to open up in the community. I hope the council sees sense and lets Mimi's open in Corstorphine.
