Having grown up in Corstorphine and still living locally I know the area very well, and I feel it would greatly benefit from having a Mimi's. I often go to their Leith branch because the food is so great! It would generate alot of business for Corstorphine, and just what we need. How the council can even consider refusing Mimi's is beyond me!!

Mimi's would be an excellent addition to Corstorphine. It promotes family & friends getting together in the community in lovely surroundings. There isn't anything similar in the area and would encourage a higher footfall in corstorphine which would increase spending in local shops.

This would have a positive impact on corstorphine, as this is a big family areas. In need of more family friend establishments rather than more charity shops and hair salons! I have lived in corstorphine all my life and it would be nice to see it turn back into more of village and mimis would be a great addition to this.

Please allow Mimi's to open in Corstorphine, my wife is a massive fan, it might cost me money as she'll never be out of the place but will be great for Corstorphine. No more charity shops or hairdressers required! Thanks

Corstorphine has become a place that few now visit due to many businesses closing down. Mimi's Bakehouse would be a most welcome new business and would increase footfall, therefore helping the current remaining establishments. I urge the planning committee to accept this application. Corstorphine needs it.
