This is an absolute outrage, Corstorphine is crying out for this! Give us something on St John's Road that's actually worth visitin.

Can only be a good thing for the local area to have a quality establishment with a good reputation to the Corstorphine area.

I'm a member of staff of GuitarGuitar, and myself and my fellow colleagues fully support the opening of Mimi's Bakehouse. It would be a fantastic addition to the Cortorphine Main Street businesses.

Working in a small family business myself I believe Councils should be encouraging us not hindering us! It would be great to bring more people to Corstorphine High Street

I used to live in leith and loved going to mimi's - it's a lovely place to meet up with family and friends. I think it would be great to have a place like that in corstorphine high street and hopefully attract more people to the St John's road to make it a community hub like it used to be

This would be a great boost for Corstorphine's retailers and locals alike. We don't need another supermarket.

Great food. Will be a great asset to the community and will attract other reputable businesses instead of charity shops and takeaways!

I would like to see a Mimi's open in the area. The Leith premises is always busy, a cafe in costorphine would attract more business for others as well as a social space.
