Mimi's is a great local business and the council should support them to grow and flourish. I love Mimi's! :)

I feel that a minus bakehouse in corstorphine would be a great benefit to the local area, we currently have to drive to Leith to use their services

Would love to see a mimis in Corstorphine, great for locals and people from outskirts not looking to head all the way into town for a nice treat.

Surely a thriving business that will probably increase footfall in corstorphine and provide employment must be preferable to empty units!

would be great to have such a great bakery nearby. Especially since the area has lots of closed shops lately.

It is disgraceful that the council would turn down an application from an Edinburgh based company that has grown from strength to strength. Any local business that can expand and bring more jobs to the community should be celebrated and welcomed with open arms .

Mimi's is a great place to go and it's very child friendly. It will provide work for local people AND customers from Mimi's will shop in other shops in the area so surely that's good for everyone.
