Edinburgh Council - for once listen to what the people in the area want! It's going to provide employment for the community and get rid of what is currently an eyesore!

Mimi's is fabulous! A great example of good business skills, fabulous food and of course family tradition an ethos which permeates throughout. I fully support Mimi's you should be glad to have this entrepreneurial family coming into the area. Can only be an asset.

Mimi bake house would bring more people to corstorphine due to the location. More footfall from the gyle area and west Lothian area. The council are being very short sited about this.

I often go to Mimi's at the shore, great place. If there was one in Corstorphine think of the people it would bring in to Corstorphine and help other local businesses.

I would like a Mimi's in Corstorphine, it is a retail business & rather have this employ 20 people than an empty unit. A local business should be able to set up business.
