Why refuse this? We need to attract more business to Corstorphine. It uses to be a vibrant community where people could shop for everything. Now it consists of mostly charity shops and bookies!

A Mimi's bakehouse in Corstorphine would be an absolute asset. It would create jobs, as an already established it would bring more people to Corstorphine and help regenerate the shopping area. Corstorphine NEEDS a Mimi's!

Mimis is an amazing bakery & place to go!! They are a friendly team who have always made me feel so welcome & special whether I go with my group of friends for afternoon tea, lunch or breakfast but offer the same welcome when j go with my 17month old daughter!! Costorphine is in badly need of a place like this as there is poor quality & choice within this area!! Let them get the planning permission. Please.......

It is totally unheard of that every single person I know and have spoken to all share the same view of this family run bakery. This is most definitely a massively popular place and such an amazing eatery. Never have I loved a place as much as I love MIMIS! Please allow this to go ahead. Thank you greatly x
