Corstorphine needs the injection mimi's could bring.
The current high street is so run down looking. Have you tasted what they produce?
Come on Edinburgh council!

I don't understand why this is being refused. Empty shops do Corstorphine no good and with the cheesecake shop gone it could certainly do with a quality coffee shop!

Can't go to the other cafe as too far for me to travel, would be great to take family and friends for coffee and cake

just moved here recently and a lovely cafe would be a very welcome addition to the existing retail units that exist.

Corstorphine needs a Mimi,s
Bake house because it would be a success and the Main Street needs to get a new look as its really going down hill the council need to re think what a lovely place to meet friends and bring back life to a place that once was the hive of good quality shops

I would love to see Mimi's on the west side of Edinburgh. I think Corstorphine sounds an ideal place. People travel to Mimi's at the Shore. Surely this will bring more passing trade to all Corstorphine businesses?

Why this would not be approved I have no idea. I live in the local area and think it would be a great idea.

I can't believe Edinburgh City Council is thinking of refusing this application from such a highly regarded, not to mention locally based Edinburgh company. Corstorphine is dying on its feet and needs viable new businesses like this to inject some new life into St John's Road. I

I love mimi's and really think my local area would benefit from one opening up as I don't feel there's a lot of choice of places to go.

I think that rejecting this application is a mistake. Mimi's would be an excellent addition to the Corstorphine High Street
