Please allow a decent coffee shop with amazing food to trade. I'm sick of the depressing row of charity shops, what kind of future is that!?

As a local business owner in Corstorphine, it's so important to support other businesses. Corstorphine is crying for a place like Mimi's Bakehouse, a social hub/ gathering place. There is NOTHING like that around this area.

Given that the Cheesecake Factory has gone and was so popular this would be a fantastic addition to Corstorphine. Mimi's is amazing!! Lovely staff, great food and great atmosphere. Would give Corstorphine exactly what it's been missing!

Lived in corstorphine over 50 years, can remember a very vibrant place full of shops, let the bake house open, it will bring more folk into the area & maybe just maybe we'll get more than just charity shops ?

As a best friend and very regular customer and lover of the mimis family and cake. Mimis would be the best thing to happen to corstorphine!!! All for this!!!

The economic vibrancy of a new Mimi's should surely be justifiable over the loss of a 'retail' unit.

Why block an edinburgh institution.
Council should think more carefully about all the mobile phone shops they allow on princes street

Mimis would be ideal for this area, would bring more people to the area with the popular name mimis has gained in Edinburgh. There is not another place like this around

Corstorphine is sorely lacking in quality casual dining venues and cafes. The cafes that we do have access to are a little down at heal relative to the local area. Having walked through Stockbridge recently, I became plainly obvious that Corstorphine is lacking. Mimi's would certainly be a welcome addition and would act as a catalyst to bring in further desirable operators.

West of Edinburgh needs a Mimi's!
