Would love a Minis in Corstorphine and think it would pull business into other shops within the area.

This exactly the type of high quality establishment that Corstorphine is crying out for.

A further shop in this location would be particularly good as it is the other side of Edinburgh to the Leith shop. This seems a very successful business and would enhance the shopping experience in Corstophine. This outlet would bring people to the area and therefore benefit other retailers.

Mimis bakehouse is one of the best places I have ever been. Letting them open IN costorphine is widening people from further distances to enjoy the food!

Surely any new business in Corstorphine should be welcome. We need the shops to be occupied rather than sitting empty. It will also create jobs and hopefully more passing trade.

Corstorphine desperately needs businesses such as this on our high street and the local people who actually LIVE here are crying out for this. I can think of absolutely no logical reason why such a business would be refused.

Mimi's is a lovely bakehouse. I would love it to open in Corstorphine as I travel from West lothian to go there and this would lessen my travel. I love Mimi's.

We need to encourage, champion and support more independent businesses to come to Corstorphine - Mimi's fits the bill perfectly and would be a major asset to the area.

This would be a huge asset to Corstorphine, adding heart again. We travel from Livingston to Leith to go to Mimis, it would be great to have them closer.
