This would be a huge benefit to the corstorphine high Street as it has faced closure of many establishments and left the area looking run down. This would bring back some sparkle and excitement.

Corstorphine would thrive from having Mimi's there. The street needs new fascias which would make people want to visit it, meet friends and locals and have that small village feel again, as it did when I was young. It could only be a positive move for Corstorphine.

We visit mimis at the shore regularly as we love it, howeve it does take 30 minutes to get there. We live in corstorphine and I know having mimis here would be welcomes by a lot of people.

Mimi's is a popular bakehouse in Leith and the Royal Mile and it could attract more visitors to the Corstorphine area

This is a fantastic idea and one that will draw people from their offices as far as the sighthill industrial estate to leave the office . This will in turn produce more business for the local shops.

Corstorphine needs more places like Mimi and I urge you to reconsider this application. We are slowly building some great dining options and this could add to that reputation making Corstorphine the place to go for eats and treats.
