As a local business in the West of Edinburgh we'd love somewhere like Mimi's where we could go for lunch and get takeaway cake for all the office! Huge thumbs up from all of us!

Mimis are amazing and a positive addition to a recently tired looking Corstorphine. We don't have any really decent coffee places in Corstorphine, They would bring something a bit special which is missing right now!

I don't understand what negative effect this bakery could possibly have in Corstorphine. The area needs a quality cafe / bakery such as this, and if a perceived lack of a parking is holding this up then that argument is fundamentally flawed on so many obvious grounds.

If loads of people want it then what possible reason could you have to reject this? Mimi's are amazing and I would LOVE to have one nearby!

Mimi's can only be an enhancement to Corstorphine. Don't deprive these good people and encourage local small businesses to expand. Costa/Cafe Nero etc etc multi million pound concerns. Give the small businesses a break ( plus their food and coffees are way better)

I was brought us in corstorphine and I think it would be a great addition to high street which is currently deprived with many stores not making enough to cover basic costs. It will offer a few jobs to the young people who need it. I feel it will draw people both young and old to corstorphine and possibly enourage more small businesses to do the same.
