I would like to see Mimi's bakehouse open in Corstorphine. It would be somewhere for us to go without going into the city centre.

Corstorphine used to be a thriving busy place but now its full of hairdressers and charity shops, this might bring the area back to life a bit

Corstorphine lacks any draws to encourage footfall for other local businesses. It can't just be a thoroughfare into town. It's sad how much it has declined over time into a centre for mostly takeaways.

Would contribute to raising the quality of shops/ outlets in Corstorphine and hopefully bring Corstorphine back up to the same level as places like Stockbridge & Morningside .
