Corstophine desperately needs a decent coffee shop to lift the area a little. Mimi's is a great place and have really benefitted the area of Leith, let's do the same for Corstorphine

At the moment Corstorphine is nothing but charity shops and takeaways we need to generate new business in the area to bring life back.

please reconsider this recommendation, having a place like this open will help support the local shops and businesses on St. John's road, people will be more likely to park their car and walk along the street giving them access to shops they would not normally go to, plus Mimi's is a fab bake house with great offerings. I very much support the application by Mimis - it would help to regenerate what is becoming a tired and run down area full of charity shops.

We have enough Chinese ,pizza ,Indian ,give us something different .i back mimi,s bake house hundred percent .

Mimi's is on so many visitors 'to-do' list that visit Edinburgh. By creating a desired destination you automatically increase footfall for the local businesses. Don't be silly Edinburgh Council, there's waiting lists at their Leith branch!
