This makes sense rather than adding to an already congested downtown - the Mills is the perfect location for housing!

I really need an affordable place to live away from my parents. I am a divorced, disabled, grown woman with no income living with my parents. I’m also creative. This is my ideal community/landing space. Please make it a reality.

I’m not signing for anything anymore. I’m a neighbor and had high hopes for this building. It still isn’t even close to finished. The retail places in there aren’t on the same hours. It’s a guessing game what might be open. The mall doesn’t have that issue. You go in and know it’s all open. The food court isn’t em open on sundays. You want me to support the apartments when the rest of the building still is not complete? And now the mayor is saying some downtown building you own is the next big project. I’m definitely talking to some neighbors here and meeting with the mayor. Never mind I was there one evening at 6pm and the whole front and side had no parking available. Where are all the mew apartment cars going to park over there? I had high hopes a grew years ago now but it’s turning disappointing. Lots of talk and no follow through, I still see lots of work to do and planning to make to get a nice building complete for our community to enjoy!

Because added living space would increase flow to the existing businesses at Mills 58, as well as contribute to a vibrant sense of place for the surrounding neighborhood, I am in favor of this. I am a current tenant at Mills 58.
