Public water and public resources managed by the state with our tax and license money should not be controlled by a private entity. The "dripline" rule should be enforced. The 50' rule being instituted solely to appease vile marina owners who are not good stewards or representatives to the public was short sighted by KDWP. Additionally, where are the public services they are required to provide to as stated in their contract with the state?? The flood was three years ago. There has been ample time and opportunity to restore full services. Either pull their contract and lets get a decent, kind and public minded new marina owner in place, or open the public water back up to the public. Please and Thank you
I oppose this new rule. That lake is public water paid for by public money and should stay public
We should not be excluded from PUBLIC water that we as sportsman pay for because it’s an inconvenience for the Marina owner. Which currently has NO Marina.
Maybe keep the PUBLIC LAKE....PUBLIC! Not on the docks/dipline... sure... 50' from...not a chance! Not his property!
This new 50ft rule Is absurd and a disgrace to tax paying people just trying to mind their own business and do some harmless fishing

I agree one person should not be able to dictate where or how we fish on public waters that we pay to fish.
