even though I live in Saginaw I am a native Midlander and also own a dog we rescued from a puppy mill. hard to think about those puppies in this weather!

these poor animals are clearly suffering. Many people know about it and are outraged. But no one can find anyone to actually do something about it! These dogs cannot help themselves! Please someone find a Way! They are freezing!!!
