What people do is sick now a days. they need to be treated the way them animals are treated. might not teach them anything than again it might. something has to be done about people who mistreat animals.

It seems to me that law enforcement is just being lazy. Do we not have ordinances regarding animal care? I'm pretty sure we do. For one thing, who wants to bet that none of these dogs has a dog license? I bet they have not had rabies shots either. If Animal Control were to enforce the codes that do exist, I am willing to bet that the owners would surrender these animals, rather than pay to maintain them properly. Let's get on the ball, gentlemen.
