Dear Middle School Administration and Leaders,

As a former student and current parent of EIS I write to you regarding the conditions of the middle school soccer field. During the past year I have noticed the deteriorating conditions of the field and while I have seen that some unsafe details have been repaired, like the boarders to the field, the field itself has reached its term. I have taken some pictures for your appraisal and consideration. I’m particularly concerned on the leveling in the field the midline has a marked sink line that is considered an unsafe condition for running and exposed border.

I understand there are budget constraints each year and the school has set forth the main priority projects and maintenance related issues. Nevertheless, I hope that you will agree with us that given the daily use and time that the middle school

Students have on the field, continuing to have an unsafe condition only increases the risk of an accident.

We thank you in advance for your close attention and consideration in making the appropriate repairs and/or complete change of the turf.
