make it big not just a small skate park with a few obsicals that would be lame put in a bowl and make sure its concrete not that wood crap like in chicopee and west springfield that would be lame oh also no scooters aloud.

I feel that more skateparks would have a better outlook on the public a place where all ages of people from different areas of springfield can practice in a professinal concrete man-made Terrain that all people can enjoy. Having this will open doors for visetors who love using skateboards as a way to escape from being home amd doing Nothing all day we dont even have enough skaters to consider this an open skate comunity anymore but i would love to take all my kids family and myself to enjoy a rare opportunity.

Definitely a great idea. The benefits of having a skatepark in such a location are endless. If the skatepark is made well (consultation with experienced ramp builders is a must) then people will travel from all over New England to enjoy this skatepark. Aside from the monetary benefits, (as well as added publicity) it could potentially reduce crime rates, and give the youth of the surrounding area a new hobby which will turn into a lifestyle. I began riding bmx in skateparks when I was 5 years old. 15 years has gone by and I can say that bmx has made an incredible impact on my life. Almost all of my friends I've made through the sport, and have seen the country because of it. A skatepark in the casino is a decision that will not be regretted.
