This will change the whole “feel” of Mexico Beach. Affordable housing is needed but so many together is a design for trouble of many kinds!!

Resident and registered voter. This use is far too dense for Mexico Beach, and will be the camel’s nose under the tent.

Completely against increasing the number of apartments or garden type apartments. I’m just starting demolition on my 4plex that I lived in full time and we shouldn’t have to worry about this until after majority of HM homes have been rebuilt.
