Metrorail To Improve Service Delivery

Trains delays is too much and in the other stations,there is no one to inform you on train updates.

I feel like PRASA doesn't respect us (commuters).why I say so, because everyday in the morning trains gets delayed almost in every robot but during get the day they don't wait for those authorisation they claim they are waiting for. Worse of it they don't communicate if there is no trains

I hv bought a monthly ticket but im using a alternative transport everyday if is not in the morning surely something must happen in the afternoon,what is rong Prasa pls explain to us I think im donating to u guys en u hv very poor service.

Please improve the service of PRASA as we are always expected to have tickets. Can this lateness of trains stop and test trains before departure time. A train can not be faulty exactly by depart time. Trains being tested and diagnosed early can be fixed on time to avoid lateness.

Firstly I'd like to applaud to introduction of security personnel through out various stations in Johannesburg. I've been taking a train from Mabopane to Isando since 2017. I must say some days are better than the others, I usually take the first train 0610 but recently the train has been either running late or when it gets to Bossman its canceled and because of this I've had to sign warnings bare in mind Im only doing an apprenticeship. The health of the commuters is at risk taking a train at 4am with no windows is too much of a pain but we're hanging on. I'd like to see an improvement around these areas I've mentioned. Thank you

Trains always running after time I'm not happy about that.

Everything @ Prasa is just not right. Everything that's been mentioned in that petition is correct and what we as commuters have to go through each and every day. Everthing is in Prasa's hands now to act accordingly.

We urge for time keeping please and security, we're not safe in the trains anymore. The train is often full.

WE NEED A BETTER SERVICE PLEASE AND PRASSA STOP THIS THING OF TAKING ALL SCRAP TRAINS AND BRING THEM TO KWESINE, WE ALSO WANT TO ARRIVE EARLY AT WORK AND HOME AS OTHERS

This trains are always late and too full

The Prasa service to commuters has gone from bad to worse. The Board and the Minister of Transport must resign ASAP

I/we only ask for the trains to be in good condition and on time. That will solve everything else...the over crowding, the theft and the vandalizing of trains. Not that it's excusable, but people vandalize the trains merely out of frustration. People are being given warnings ay work on a daily basis, others even fired because of latism...and not that they were late, but because of train delays. Metrorail fix yourself!!!!!

We are asking also for train number 0506 to proceed to JHB, not return at Germiston.

We demand the best service as we buy tickets.

Prasa needs to make a plan really , these people don't care much about our lives .We struggle each day to get to work ,these trains are always delaying!!!!!

We need better train service . all the cancelled trains to be brought back. Visibility of security inside the train
