Metrorail To Improve Service Delivery

Metrorail should transport people instead of running trains, because those two are not the same. Trains always late, trains are not connecting.

Comments Train need to have speakers inside for faulty announcements and we're tired of all changes trains at Germiston and Elandsfontein even stop and go's after Germiston and kaalfontein

Upgrade your service as it is poor, replace all windows and make sure all the trains run on time.

We need trains to be always on time and safety on trains cause we not safe anymore, to stop smoking n drinking on trains.

We need trains to keep time. We need trains with Windows and doors in a good working conditions. We need safety in the trains.

Hi, as a senior passenger of metrorali prassa i have a complain about our safety in the train this day and since prassa started controlling the trains we have lost of many people and i buy a monthly ticket end of the month and i make sure i buy it cause now its on my budget meaning I'm just buying it for fun cause i end up looking like a fool cause the passangers who buy tickets when the train are running behind schedule they laugh and ask why would he buy tickets for, and now we have people who always rob us in the train carrying guns because there's no security its not safe to be in the train

I use a train on daily basis from Vereeniging to Joburg. Trains are never on time because of technical glitches. It's high time metrorail /prasa respect us passengers and give us the service we deserve.

Stop and go is so dangerous, cz peoplw get robbed inside trains while they stopped Prasa need to rectify that

I am using train every day when I to work back home. It wise when I am go to work I arrive late most of the time. They are always late or counceled.

We need better service

As a faithful commuter, who always has a valid ticket. I think its fare enough to know that when I get into a train, my safety n other commuters becomes a priority. I hope this will be considered.

It's high time that we tackle this issue of metrorail/prasa.
