Fraud a scam I'm tired of being in a certain plan for certain amount and still getting charged $8 extra plus $4 to pay my phone bill it's ridiculous they should be ashamed we have to be paying a fee to pay cell bill kind of s*** is that

I have had horrible connection service with metro pcs all year,including internet, but recently my phone was shut off 3 days in a row despite paying my bill,after numerous calls and trying to speak with people that barely speak English they would turn it back on,than they would shut it off the next day, than they told me when I paid my bill that someone else requested my payment be transferred to their phone, that's fraud and identity theft, I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one,plus I was on call for work and missed work not knowing my phone was shutoff I lost money I needed desperately for bills due to work being slow because of covid

Disconnected my account and they charged my card for and entire year. Gave me run around to try to resolve it. They kept telling me it was wrong password and untill I had correct one they couldnt help. They failed to tell me that they had a compromise and that they changed everyones passwords, then once they got into account refused to pay me what they owed me because it had been so long. However they were the reason it took that long because they failed to tell me that they changed it when they had compromise. The manager said Im so sorry but even though its our fault were only allowed to give back two months however im submitting to corp for you to get full refumd. Never heard one word after that.
