My service is not good all month long but get suppened on an extension for 72 hrs and everything works great apps calls text messaging internet and hot spot and ihave been arguing with metro for 14 months now and still no resolution and the high tech never calls u back the support people say they are transferring u but end up hanging up on me the worst is in sept my sister died and could not call 911 no network available for call if she could of called she might still be with us and then in dec my house flew caught on fire I needed fire dept and I couldn't call no networking available so.eone saw this went told my daughter I needed help and she had a seizure before she got to my place and we spent the day looking for her in the desert where we found her truck and she was so confused and lost and scared now I have vowed not to stop until this issue is resolved please feel free to contact me at 6232319162 or 8129009693

I'm in agreement, it says its unlimited yet it throttles our service also it will add our hotspot to our main data that alone isn't fair

they charged me for my phone galaxy 11 on the 50 dollar a month plan when the phone should have been free. Then I had an issue with the galaxy 11 and they charged me 95.99 dollars and I find out the phone has already been used. Unlocked the whole 9 yards. They have a license to steal!!!

So far 5 months trash service dropped calls not able to use service . My son is special needs and he couldnt do his remote learning. Knoafter dozen calls each month not fixing connection issues im told we cant help you your coverage area is poor. But yet they wont let me transfer to other service keeping phone and number. Why allow me to activate service if they dont cover my area.

They don’t follow there own security procedures to prevent fraud. Not only was I hacked, but they refuse to issue me a rebate because of the single day a thief had my phone deactivated.
