I'm currently battling tmobile metro to utilize my acp credit program for my tmobile metro account they refuse even though they false advertising and baiting and switching for acp program my account is escalated as I write this, I have been trying to get tmobile metro for three months now to accept my acp credit program.

I have terrible service where I am at, and because of that… I can’t utilize all the benefits of their service and on two occasions, I added a second cell phone to my account and the employee gave me a phone that was previously owned by a MetroPCS customer and some of my debit cards were hacked as a result of that ... my debit cards were used and I lost a sum of $740; that issue was I resolved. I had called about it and complained and complained and I never received a call back from management.

Metro is by far the worst phone service i ever had. My data rarely works when i upgraded to high speed data i went from payin $40/month to $90 because the service was so bad so I upgraded my plan with them to have highspeed data and a hotspot and it is still terrible. This company is a scam.
