They, say wireless for all but if I am in certain areas. That do not have a tower to bounce off of. There is no signal. This was hard when I worked for a Ambulance company picking up or dropping off patient's. Because map's wouldn't work. And there was no way to call dispatch to get back to office. I would have to find somewhere that has WiFi or a area that has tower's. It made life hard in the end I had to buy a Tom Tom.

I'm signing this because of the unfair, unconstitutional, Misrepresentation and breach of contractrial agreement w/ theft by deception to its customers and I have full proof on my end, here in NJ as well as being a long time client.

Somehow I'm not surprised that no one has read the T&C. You can't file a class action lawsuit. You agreed to that when you joined Metro whether you like it or not. There is a arbitration and small claims court. That's it. Be smarter people. No one is going to take you seriously if you can read a simple terms and conditions contract.

THEY DISCONNECTED MY SERVICES AFTER I PAID FOR THEM FOR THE MONTH AND REFUSED TO TURN THEM BACK ON UNLESS I PURCHASED NEW ACTIVATED SIMS CARD FOR MY PHONE.

I have been over charged behind my back and hd to go back one returned my money the other somehow got around it. The dealers are not inputting the exact money payed on the bill

I have been victim of identity theft after carefully going through my account and few problems I face at the metro store I usually go too I found out that I've been charged for a line that I've cancel , I've been paying for a 15 dollar insurance and when I question the girl she said didn't say much , my bills been chamging every month from 88 dolllars , to 86 dollars and 84 dollars . Also after carefully going through my chase account I noticed this dar wireless that takes a total of over 1000 dollars , I trace the wireless and it gives me a map and I followed the map to where it takes me and it takes me to the shop where I usually go too . I can testify in court if I have too I wanna get the money back that was stolen from me and it has caused a lot of financial hardship being a victim and I hope we get all the JUSTICE that we deserve and Metro for stealing from it's customers . It's like a snake that bite the hand that feed them .

Had this phone for over three years. Never needed to use a password. Then about a month ago it locked on me. I took it to local Pcs store and told they could do nothing. Next day to 'We Fix It' store and man tried but could not open it. Next day I go on site that said; Say Google, Ok Google and it opened but all 200 pictures, texts and messages with valuable information were gone! Some no way to recover or find the person. Friends said never heard of such a thing happening

I was having problems with them for a year when i switch over with my phone from verzion. I had to go in and buy a $300 phone of theirs just so i can get a better signal.
