I graduated in 2012 at the Nicholson stadium and believe that the following graduating peers should be able to do the same, following the tradition that has gone on for generations.

I hated that my daughter had to graduate at Tsongas but, at that time they had NO choice! This class does, let them graduate on their own home field and home town!!

As being apart of class of 2016. I hope we get to graduate here at MHS for the convenience and to end our long journey where it began. Also being the first class to graduate in the 100% remodeled building including the stadium is a huge honor.

As a former student who graduated in 1968, I find this absurd! What are these students going to tell their future generations? We graduated from Methuen High but we were forced to have our graduation in a town that is miles away without regard to our families being able to attend. Ridiculous!

Just started to read this and the high schools is now calling to let me know they are reconsidering where graduation will be held!! I feel these kids should be at the stadium also!!

This is crazy! 20k for a graduation ceremony? All this money we spent on a high school and stadium?? No way. These kids should be graduating right here in their hometown. Use the money for something more useful

They were educated in Methuen, so they should graduate in Methuen. They are proud to be Methuen High School Graduates. Going to ANY other town to walk across the stage and receive their Diploma that they worked so hard for, is stripping them of that special moment. Congratulations & Good Luck Class of 2016.!
