The people of Methuen High School have gone through all the requirements which earned them their Methuen High School Diplomas. It makes no sense that their greatest feat of being issued a diploma should be anywhere other than the school where it all happened. It should be the memory of a lifetime, and having the ceremony outside of their learning environment is almost degrading! It is a mockery of the entire ritual.

Why not graduate on your own turf? Who's going to pay the $20,000? It would mean so much more to have the commencement ceremonies in Methuen.

I am the parent of (2) MHS graduates, Classes of 2011 and 2015. My daughter graduated from the Tsongas Arena last year because the students did not have a choice. Class of 2016 you have a choice and a voice! Let it be heard...Bleed Blue!!

I watched one grandson graduate there and I would like to see my other two grandsons graduate there also .
