The Texas State Board of Education clearly underestimated how many of us are ready to fight this reckless policy change. This momentum proves the board cannot just steamroll professional standards without facing a massive wall of opposition.

Marketing changes way too fast. Teachers need that industry time to keep up with trends.
WHAT ARE THEY THINKING?? Two years is the bare minimum for real experience. Keep it.
My kids need teachers with actual marketing backgrounds, not just people reading from textbooks. Please listen to the educators.
Leave it alone. It works fine the way it is.
Keep the requirements as they are. You need real world experience to teach this stuff effectively, not just a degree.
