i think there should be a mental counsellor in every university specially pakistani universities because i study abroad and because of the life away from family i have changed soo much and grown to an extent I wouldn't imagine to if i were in Pakistan. So i feel like for the people who still are in Pakistan need a counsellor who could help then understand the changes because our culture does not allow us to grow up on our own.

Great initiative, much needed at university level as students are at growing stage and should take big decision with assistance of a professional.

I believe this should be extended to the executive MBA participants as well. Corporate life often takes a toll on a person's mental health.

Erp: 11361 My first semester's experience was worse! I wanted someone to counsel me, unfortunately there was none except few kind seniors and a few of the SS faculty. I think it is a great initiative!

Mental health counseller is much needed!! Students are under constant and pressure due to which they are likely to develop many kinds of mental disorders, which may affect rest of their lives.

Mental health is a serious issue that is in dire need of attention. For the students who cannot afford to pay the hefty fee of the psychiatrists or therapists, it becomes really difficult to access proper health care. Therefore, iba has the duty towards its students to hire a full time counselor so as to ease the students' burdens.
