بالرغم من صدور حكم محكمة القضاء الاداري بالدعوى رقم ١٢٦٨٩ لسنة ١٩٦٤ قاضيا بإلغاء قرار وزير الإسكان رقم (٨٦) لسنة ٢٠٠٩ وما ترتب عليه من اثار الي ان شركة مينا للاستثمار العقاري لم تحترم حتمية تطبيق هذا الحكم ضاربة بالقرار عرض الحائط وبدأت في الشروع بإقامة مبني اداري مخالفا لنص القرار الوزاري (٦٠) لسنة ١٩٩٥ والذي اكتسبنا بموجبه نحن ملاك الوحدات السكنية في مشروع مينا جاردن سيتي مراكز قانونية.

وقد اقتطعت الشركة ١٥ فدان من ارض النادي لإقامة مجمع مطاعم.

وكذلك المنطقة k والواقعة بجوار بوابة رقم ٤ بإقامة مبني اداري مخالف للمخطط العام.

المطلوب إلغاء التراخيص ووقف الاعمال فورا
