Men are confined substantially without rights or an voice within the child support system leading the mass majority of men within the system directly into poverty, homelessness, and demolishing kinship. The recipient should be accountable to provide receipts to the reciprocator, due to the biased ways of the child support system it favors the recipient, not the child of both parties. There are no penalization for the recipient when it comes to accountability of contribution, the penalization target the reciprocator out singly. The child support system needs to be altered immediately, a new system must be put in place. Reinstate men being proactive in their child's life independently. Men given a digital card (responser card) and standard criteria monthly, or bi-weekly to pursue. It is time for men to knock on the door of the Supreme Court and restore our power within our children's eyes

The growth of this petition has caught the attention of legal analysts who are now reviewing our proposed digital card oversight model. I am currently drafting a formal brief to outline these systemic changes for submission to the relevant judicial offices.

The courts treated me like a bank account not a dad. Someone needs to change these laws before more men lose everything they worked for just to survive.
My husband has been struggling for years with this broken mess. It is so unfair how they just take his money without checking if the kids are even seeing a dime.
