I enjoy attending Chris’ classes. He knows my limitations with my shoulder/knee injuries as well as he can push me *appropriately* to become stronger. I always appreciate his feedback and instruction.
We absolutely loved working out with Coach Chris, we literally planned our days/times to come based on when he would be coaching. He’s an phenomenal trainer and made coming to workout everyday fun! Could not say enough good things about him!!
Will definitely miss Chris!
I’m not currently at F45 as I have a shoulder injury… but hands down I can say that Chris is one of the only reasons I would come back! Him training at cg location was a game changer! So motivating! He made you want to come back to class everyday!
Chris is a great coach and a great mentor he help me with a lot of work out for my first 30 days he will be very missed
Chris is the reason i kept going to class.
Chris provides a positive and helpful environment each and every day.

Chris brought leadership to both clients and coaches when he came to CG. His coaching style is exceptional and departure is a huge loss for this community.
