Not only are you hurting her but her classmates as well. Each student in the class has been together for 13 years, and then they are to walk across a stage without Megan. If you weren't planning on allowing her to walk then perhaps she should have been with the class of 2017 and made connections with them.Even those students who attend alternative school are allowed to walk across the stage with their class. These students are in alternative because they do not care about school,yet Megan is being punished for trying her hardest throughout school and having a disease that she cannot control. Of she is not allowed to walk with class, it shows the poor morality of not only the facility, but the community.

Not only are they taking away Megan's rights to walk with her beloved friends and classmates; her friends and classmates are robbed of seeing Megan's joy and walk!

Are you kidding?? I have been teaching for more years than I like to admit! This young lady should get to walk with her class. Next year it will mean nothing to her. C'mon, first do no harm, what will it hurt if she does??? Whom ever is making this decision is being really silly and seems to be on a power trip. Place your child's name in this girl's place administration in charge of decisions and see if you feel differently.

Megan should be allowed to walk across stage, colleges allow you to participate in graduation even if you have some classes to finish. Kirkwood Community College in fact. I'm disappointed as an alumni of EDCO they want to treat her this way..
