I have spent this week drafting formal correspondence for the board outlining our proposed fee structure and the historical precedent at Florida Hospital. We are now preparing to request a formal meeting to present these findings and discuss the mechanics of establishing independent representation.

The administration has acknowledged the momentum behind this proposal and a formal meeting with the executive leadership team is now on the calendar. My focus is finalizing the draft legal framework to present during that session so we can establish clear independent oversight for our medical staff.

Long overdue change. Hope this pushes them to actually listen to the medical staff for once.
Finally. We need our own voices heard. This is long overdue.
it makes zero sense to not have representation. everyone else does it this way so why are we struggling alone?
tired of not being protected. just add the fee and get us the legal help we deserve.
If FL Hospital can figure this out then Orlando Health has no excuse. Do it.

THE STATUS QUO IS NOT WORKING. WE NEED INDEPENDENT COUNSEL NOW.
