I’ve been diagnosed with narcolepsy with cataplexy. I received my medical records in 2016. Had everything on there when I found out I have narcolepsy my doctor world specialist informed me the vaccine is what caused it I stated to ask for my medical records to view info on the vaccine. That’s when i found out it’s a generic name and I have 3 different manufacturers when you should only have one! Also had another that same day that said retired code that got deleted I asked why no one will give answers did more searching to find out I either received a clinical trial vaccine with my consent or I received a vaccine that was not available anymore 2 months later they gave it to me. I really want to know why it was deleted and why they have 3 different manufacturers and why they won’t give my the full name

It’s very frustrating to beg for answers that I have a right to know. I’ve called every lawyer and attorney I can in California even other places around the world no one can help me or take my case why is this.??
