Based on the horrific accident that occurred last night (23 January 2019) in Kleine Kuppe Street where an individual lost their life, we as the residents of Kleine Kuppe hereby urge the City of Windhoek (CoW) to construct additional speed-humps in Kleine Kuppe Street and surrounding areas to curb motorists and other road users from speeding in the residential areas.
These preventive measures are a crucial part of the neighborhood's safety, not only for the welfare of those who live in the area, but also for those who travel to and from. It is also important to point out that there are plenty of school going children who make use of this road each day. As a community it is our diligent task to ensure that our neighbourhood is kept safe.

I agree with the idea of speed humps also on Koinseb street where cars come speeding at a blind curve.
We experience how people race on this road everyday as we live right next to it in Kokerboomstraat.

The traffic is getting way to fast lately especially at night time. We need these humps sooner rather than later.
