MCU MSD Orthodontics Request for Tuition Fee Installment Plan and Miscellaneous Fee Adjustment

The Manila Central University (MCU) Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) Orthodontics Foreign Students would like to request from the university administrators the following:
1. allow foreign students to avail installment plans for our tuition fee on the duration of the pandemic, and
2. review and waive/adjust our miscellaneous fees because of the following:
a. that we will be holding our classes online, and
b. that we will not be doing our clinical requirements at school.

The school really needs to reconsider these fees. We arent even using the facilities right now so why are we paying for them???
