The Manila Central University (MCU) Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) Orthodontics Foreign Students would like to request from the university administrators the following:

1. allow foreign students to avail installment plans for our tuition fee on the duration of the pandemic, and

2. review and waive/adjust our miscellaneous fees because of the following:

a. that we will be holding our classes online, and

b. that we will not be doing our clinical requirements at school.
