The board continues to ignore our clear demand for fairness but the momentum building behind this effort is impossible for them to dismiss much longer. We are forcing them to look at the people they tried to shut out of this election.

I am signing this petition to include Heather Pearce as Treasurer and Rick Cisneros as Director on the MCOA Election Ballot. Per Mr. Michael Malamut, JD, PRP, CPP-T, CGT, Attorney-at-Law, Professional Parliamentarian, Certified Governance Trainer including them on ballot does not violate our bylaws or rules.
i would like to see heather pierce's name added to list of possible treasurer's for the mcoa i would also like to see rick cisneros's name added to list of possible director's for the mcoa. we have to allow people to run from the floor who are trying to do so. Please allow these people to be on the ballot, lord knows last yr it wasn't a question of wording on nomination forms but something else much bigger and substantial. That candidate was allowed on the ballot with out much discussion. This is a no brainer....
It really seems to me that this could of should of been easily fixed. heather and rick should of been contacted before the 1st of April. they most certainly need to be on the ballot.
Same old MCOA! They still act like they're "Rescuing" Mastiffs

I have read all of information available about this fiasco,and believe that Rick and Heather should have been contacted and allowed to correct their mistakes.

There was absolutely no reason that both Heather Pearce, candidate for Treasurer, and Rick Cisneros. candidate for Director, should not be allowed to run for office on the MCOA 2016 ballot. There was ample time for the Secretary to see any discrepancies and allow for updates to be made before the deadline.
