McIvor fails, he is bland and boring, the exact opposite of what we want our Warriors to be, he is most definitely not the voice of the Warriors. Nobody wants to hear his monotone voice saying "razzle dazzle", we want enthusiasm, we want to hear "RAAZZLE DAAAZZZLLLEEE".
