Email your local USA Cycling regional representative today to demand they address this licensing hurdle. We need them to see that this outdated policy is actively hurting our race fields.

USAC is just bleeding money from the sport with this one. let people show up and race.
Ridiculous rule. I just want to race a few local events a year and dont need a full license for that.
EXACTLY. the cat 2 fields are way too crowded because people dont want to pay for the annual license. fix this.
I tried to enter a race last month and couldnt because of this. ended up just staying home. super frustrating.
makes no sense to force an annual license for a once a year racer. the barriers to entry are way too high.
