Craig was a co-founder/producer of the first [what is now called] Waterfront Blues Festival, and until 1993, the talent booker. Betty Mayther provided the funding for the recording and production of the inaugural festival album. Together, The Mayther Brothers played the festival for many years, with Chris continuing on with the Chris Mayther Band. Not only were Chris & Craig amazing musicians, but they were also wonderful men, helping out their fellow musicians and friends in the community, in any way they could. Please help us to ensure that their musical and humanitarian gifts and legacy are not forgotten.
